Video: Resilient Design Expert Alex Wilson Speaks at Greenbuild

The entire GAF Spotlight Series from the 2014 Greenbuild International Conference and Expo is now available for viewing on YouTube. The video above is of Alex Wilson, President of Resilient Design Institute, speaking as part of the GAF Spotlight Series on “Survive and Thrive – The Need for Resilience.”

Alex Wilson, who by the end of the conference was named one of eight green building champions at Greenbuild by USGBC, spoke to a crowd at the GAF booth about how “resilience allows us to bring more people to the table in creating sustainable buildings.”

“It was a really an honor to have speakers of such caliber joining us at Greenbuild®. I think it’s a testament to all we’ve done to support the transparency movement and the development of LEED® version 4,” said Marty Grohman, Director of Sustainability at GAF. “It was a great show.”
