Video: Raising the Bar and Demystifying LEED v4
“Roof and nonroof are now married“, said Valerie Walsh, Principal, Walsh Sustainability Group at the 2014 Greenbuild International Conference and Expo, discussing changing for attaining LEED status.
Walsh was a part of the GAF Spotlight Series and spoke last week on “Roofing as Hero: Roofing Credits in LEED v2009 and LEED v4 Demystified.” She talked about how moving to LEED v4 raised the bar on materials and disclosure. She outlined the important changes and how builders can gain LEED credits through a variety of initiatives. Watch her presentation above from the show.
The entire GAF speaker series is now available for viewing on YouTube.
